Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What time are the matches?

A. A schedule will be printed. 1st game starts at 9.30am and last game starts at approx. 6.30pm 

Q2. Where will the tournament be held?

A. University of East London (Beckton) 


Q3. When is the tournament?

A. 6/7/13/14 June 2020 . Training on 18th April 2020.


Q4. How much will the tournament cost?

A. £65 per player (includes playing shirt)


Q5. Do I have to play all 4 days?

A. Your registration fee covers four days and it is up to you how many days you play.


Q6. I can't make all 4 days, can I still play?
A. This needs to be sorted out with the coach, to ensure adequate squad sizes. 

Q7. Is there any reduction if I am only able to play one weekend?

A. No.  There is one fee for the tournament.

Q8. Who can enter?
A. Any player who wants to play for their country of heritage.


Q9. Which Country can I play for?
A. Your place of birth, your parents or grandparents place of birth. 

Q10. How are the teams selected?
A. Enter as an individual, attend the training day and the coach makes a selection.

Q11. Can I play if I am under 18?
A. Normally No, but allowed in exceptional circumstances.

Q12. How do I pay?
A. Bank transfer. 

Q13. What are the payment details?

A.  Details will be sent in your confirmation email. Email


Q14. When do we have to pay?
A. Pay online when you register. Closing date for registration is 11th April 2019.


Q15. What happens if I don't make payment by the 18th April (training date)?

A. If you do not make payment by the 18th April your entry will be withdrawn and you will need to re-submit your entry with the late fee (£75 total).  There is also the possibility that your team of choice may be complete (10 players).  Priority will be given to those who have registered and paid on time.

Q16. How do I know if I am selected?
A. You will be notified at or soon after the training session.

 Q17. Will there be any food available?
A. Refreshments will be available for sale throughout the tournament. 

Q18. I have a friend who lives outside of London and they want to play, can they?
A. Yes 

Q19. Can we take photographs of the event?
A. Yes. 

Q20. Will there be any additional team training sessions?
A. This will be up to each team and coach to organise. The will be some All Nations mini-tournaments that teams may enter.

Q21. What if I am the only person entering representing my country?
A. The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate countries or regions. 

Q22. What if I pay and I am not selected?
A. 100% of the fees will be refunded within 28 days of the training day, if we are notified by the 25th April 2020.

Q23. If I am selected and then decide to drop out can I get a refund?

A. No refunds for withdrawals within 7 days of the tournament. 50% after 25th April.

Q24. Do we need to provide playing shirts?
A. No. Numbered playing shirts will be provided for all players. 

Q25. Do I get to keep the playing shirt?
A. Yes 


Q26. If I have missed the deadline and still want to enter, can I?

A. You may still be able to enter if your team requires additional players, however, there will be a late entry surcharge of £10, making the total payable £75.


Q27. What are the sizes of the teams?

A.     We will have a maximum team size of 12.
