About the Event
Do you want to learn how to score volleyball matches? We will be holding an online scorers course on the 22nd November. The course tutor will be FIVB 1 referee and NVL referee coordinator Sebastian Widlarz.
The course will cover detailed instruction on scoring rules and how to complete a score sheet. It is delivered over 2 hours and candidates will leave with the knowledge needed to score in the London local league, NVL and other leagues and competitions. (typical rates for scorers is £15 per game).
The workshop will be totally online and will include a simulated practical test. Applicants require some basic prior knowledge of the volleyball.
We will cover the basics of scoring and will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to be able to score matches for university, Local league, Schools, colleges, and NVL teams. This course does not give you the Volleyball England’s Scorers award, but by the end of it, you will be a competent scorer.
