What's it about?

 

Players from all over London register to play for your country. You don't need to find a team, we will make up a team from your fellow countrymen and countrywomen living or working in and around London.  But if you have a team all from the same country then enter your team.  We are looking forward to receiving enquiries from playersto represent their country of heritage.

This single-day tournament gives an opportunity to showcase the talented London male and female basketball players in a fun environment, in  East London

Description

 

The All Nations Volleyball began in 2005, ahead of London being awarded the 2012 games. It was created to embody the Olympic ideal, blending sport, culture, and education. As we enter the 20th year of the event, we aim to promote peaceful competition in a friendly, fun environment, highlighting the cultural togetherness that is so evident in London. A tournament organising committee was formed that wanted to create an event that captured the eclectic mix of communities that can be found in London and provide a way of positively promoting the diversity of the city. We want to recreate tthis experience with Basketball.

The underpinning focus of the tournament is the opportunity to play in a competitive Basketball environment that off the court raises awareness of culture and encourages friendship and togetherness.

This will be our first male and female adult basketball event.
